Lily's dad
Sean's dad
Dads
All you need to bring for the wedding is:
  • A pair of plain black socks, and
  • A plain white undershirt
...everything else will be provided with your tuxedo rental. Friday morning April 8, all the guys (dads, groomsman, and Sean) will go out to the tux place together to get their final fitting and pick up the tuxes.

Moms
We want your individuality to show! So, the only guideline is to please wear a dress that is a shade of red. Also feel free to join the bridesmaids in the bridal cottage the day of the wedding for some good ol' girl fun!

The bridesmaids and Lily will be arriving at the bridal cottage around noon to get ready. Feel free to join them and get ready there too. There is plenty of room and Lily will love for you to join her in celebrating this special day.

The matron of honor: Shij

Bridesmaids
Hello ladies!

Jewelery
As a way to say "thank you" for being part of the bridal party, I'll be giving each of you a pair of earrings to wear for the wedding.

Shoes
You can select the shoe style of your choice. I just ask that it’s brown and a sandal type. Other than that, feel free to let your individual personalities shine in your shoes =) When buying your shoes, please remember that if all goes as planned, the wedding will be outside and you’ll be making a short walk down the aisle in grass. If you decide to order your shoes from Melange Bridal, you will receive a 15% discount.

Wedding day
On the day of the wedding, we'll be getting ready at the bridal cottage at Star Hill Ranch. I'll bring sandwiches & drinks and plenty of music for us to dance and goof off as we get our hair and make-up done. I've forwarded Katie & Alyson (the girls who will be doing our hair and make-up) your decisions on whether you wanted your hair and/or make-up done. If you change your mind, please let me know.

If you are getting your hair done by Katie, remember to wear a shirt that buttons down the front so you don't have to pull any shirts over your hair-do.

Maid of Honor
(That's you, Shij.) After the ceremony, we'll need to around to sign the marriage certificate as a witness.

Best man: Pradip
Best man
Hi, Pradip. :) In addition to all the "groomsman" stuff (read below), I've got these other fun & super special plans for you...

Be a shepherd
You've got to keep that gaggle of groomsmen in line; make sure they know what they're doing. They're hopeless, you know.

Be the bling man
Have you ... the WING? You'll have to hold onto our wedding bands for us before and during the ceremony.

Be a conspirator
After the ceremony, we'll also need you to sign the marriage license as a witness.

Be my banker
I'll give you a check you can present to our minister after the ceremony. You'll also be in charge of collecting any gift envelopes that guests may bring.

Be a ham
Time to roast Sean at the reception. Keep it under an hour. :)

Mike
Jonathan
Groomsmen
Those hunky guys, them.

Tuxes
Depending on timing, either Thursday night or Friday morning, all the guys (dads, groomsman, and Sean) will go out to the tux place together to get their final fitting and pick up the tuxes.

All you need to bring for the wedding is:
  • A pair of plain black socks, and
  • A plain white undershirt
...everything else will be provided with your tuxedo rental. (Shoes, cuffs, you name it.)

Show up
Make sure you arrive at the wedding location early. (Between noon and 3:30) You have all day to hang out in the groom's quarters and play cards or whatever. We might also ask you to help out with some logistics like setting up decorations or something, but your most important job is to keep Sean from having a panic attack.

Seat people
You'll need to be fully dressed and ready to go by about 4:30pm. As guests arrive, you'll be in charge of seating them. We'll fill you in on all the boring ettiquitte during the rehearsal.

Oh, and you have to wear flowers. I know, I know. Don't worry, we'll have someone pin them on you at the last possible second.

Have fun
After all that pomp & circumstance, it's time for the party :)

Eric
Eileen
Kim
Ceremony readers
We won't post the readings here, since we'd like them to be a surprise for the wedding. If you have lost the reading we sent you (or, oops, we forgot to send it to you) just let us know.

Eileen & Kim, please stop by the bridal cottage before the wedding - hang out with the girls and also pick up your corsages.

Eric, you're welcome to chill out with Sean and the gang in the groom's quarters as well.

Jen
Lara
Sherri
Guest book assistants
First of all, thank you so much for helping out with the guest book. We're really excited about this idea and we're so glad y'all agreed to help us out.

Day before the wedding
To show our thanks, we'd like to you come to the rehearsal dinner on Friday night. (Info above)

Day of the wedding
Lily totally wants to hang out with you ladies in her final minutes as a single gal, so feel free to swing by earlier and hang out at the bridal cottage. She'll also have corsages for you, so don't forget to pick them up.

Mandy
Nikki
Decorating helpers
Thank you so much for offering to help out!

Day before the wedding
On Friday, either just before or just after the rehearsal, we'd like to do a quick walkthrough with you and show you the wedding site and what we have in store. Biggest perk: free dinner.

Wedding day
We'd like to ask that you show up extra early (around noonish) to help with the decorating. There isn't a lot of work to do, but we'd feel much more comfortable knowing you had more time than you needed . :)

Lily totally wants to hang out with you ladies in her final minutes as a single gal, so feel free to swing by and hang out at the bridal cottage when you can.

Jordan and Chris are welcome to pal around with Sean in the groom's quarters during their spare time as well.
